DEMOCRATS CHASE AFTER RUNAWAY TAX SLAVES

In case you didn't know, the U.S. Senate has a permanent subcommittee on investigations. Last week, Michigan Democrat Carl Levin summoned Treasury Secretary Paul O'Neill to appear before the committee. Levin demanded that O'Neill explain himself for opposing the OECD's plan to capture runaway tax slaves.
